Long Version: Working at a radio station during the hours of 3AM - 6AM gives you ample opportunity to check out new music that is placed in the playbox. Zola Jesus looked interesting from its album cover. I put it on and came upon this song. It has been a mainstay on my show for weeks now. The 21 year old from Madison Wisc, sounds as if she was pulled against her will from a London goth music listening party, with ample amounts of absinthe being passed around. But wouldn't you want her as a friend? Not being able to stand how bad you are feeling? She is assuring in that it will be better when you find that someone special, but that sometimes the pain of giving it up cleanses the soul.
