Long Version: Yesterday I had the pleasure to spend the day with a good friend in the infield at the Kentucky Derby. To and fro I had this song on repeat. At first it was by accident. I was just going through a MP3 cd that I reviewed a few weeks ago and for some reason I wanted to check out tUnE-yArDs again. I remember this song being good on that first listen. But it was even better the second, third, fourth,,,, time. There are some production qualities here that really enhance the song. I did watch it live on youtube and she nailed it there in a rawer setting.
If you listen closely to the lyrics you will notice that it is a favorable ode to her man's lovin. Also see if you notice how the song sets you up with foreplay, climaxes, then holds you close in a cuddle. Afternoon delight for 2011.
