Short Version: Homage to Springsteen.
Long Version: This indie band from Philly has a good thing going for it. They make good music. They have had a rotating cast since they formed in 2005. Their most famous member is Kurt Vile who is the lead singer on this track. Kurt has also had a song featured on this blog in the early days. This week's post was a toss-up between this song and his song called "He's Alright." But this one won out b/c it is a new band to introduce you to and b/c it is more upbeat and sunny. I can see Bruce and the E Street Band banging this one out at the Stone Pony in Jersey.
